We care about our final product and want you to be proud owners of our pieces. We preselect all of the fabrics and accessories with love and care for best quality. All our pillow covers are very high quality lasting fabrics & designs. They withstand most life that they have to endure. A lot of our pillow covers are made with easy clean fabrics. They are made by hand in small batches in the Czech Republic. All inside seams are reinforced for extra durability. We do carefully inspect all of our finished pillow covers. However, if you do find that there is a defect please notify us as soon as possible by using links provided under our Return Policy.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
We do recommend you spot clean our pillow covers when possible.
Occasional washing of pillow covers: turn the pillow cover inside out, hand wash in 30 C water with very mild detergent, lay flat to dry, iron inside-out on medium heat. Do not bleach.
TIP: to refresh the pillow covers and throws, throw pillow cover with its insert (insert must be inside the pillow cover) or a throw into a dryer and tumble dry on gentle cycle for 10-15 minutes. This will fluff the pillow and remove dust particles and pet hair.
WHAT IS EASY CLEAN?
EASY CARE fabric is designed to attract less dirt and dust. It is also easier to clean with just a damp cloth. If you ink it by accident with your pen, then you can just use simple rubbing alcohol to wipe the stain away. Look for EASY CARE note in the description of the product. Most of our velvet pillows are EASY CARE.
